wand. This is important so you can reach
every single hair around the eye. You may
want to use a magnifying mirror while you do
this.
Begin by blotting the wand with a tissue.
This will remove any clots of mascara off the
wand.

wiggle the wand back and forth to create
volume. Next, sweep the mascara out to the
end of the lashes. You can do this as many
or as few times as you like depending on the
length and volume you want to achieve.
