In 1960, L'Oreal introduced the first hairspray - Elnett Satin. Over the years this European hairspray has developed a cult following. Beauty editors, celebrities and divas in training swear by it . Elnett's micro-fine spray keeps your hair in place for hours yet disappears with a few strokes of your brush. What makes it different?
- Super fine mist - so fine it is barely visible to the eye. No hairspray build up. - Built in conditioners. Hair is soft to the touch.
Elnett is lighter than most hairspray marketed in the US. Here is a quick comparison:

Instyle, September 2002 Hot Heads - Curl Power / Jennifer Lopez
For the opening of Lopez's restaurant , in Pasadena, Calif., Orbie gave the hostess a head of wild cascading curls - and all of the guests an inferiority complex. He first worked L'Oreal Studio line mousse through her wet hair and blew it dry without straightening those God-given waves. "We were not going for a perfect or smooth look. We wanted it natural," he says. Then he created uneven, natural looking spiral curls all over Lopez's head with a large barrel curling iron, giving them a sexy, touseled look by brushing them out with a Mason Pearson mixed-bristle brush. Before Lopez went out to charm guests such as Ben Affleck, Orbie set the look with L'Oreal Elnett Hairspray.
